I had a 'collect from home' for my annual service/MOT test, which was really helpful. I hope it will always be my available option...I really don’t want to spend a valuable day off either sitting and waiting or going back and forth in a borrowed car. Received a courtesy call day before (which was good as I had booked the service with Alex quite a bit ago) but it wasn’t very clear what time the pick-up would be. As when I called back I said the service was booked at a different time and there was no mention of the car being booking in for an MOT test, which I thought would be a given on your system as three years was coming up. None of this a biggie as I was sure it would all be sorted by the end of the day! And it was.....good to see the video, especially the tyre wear advisory. Good explanation in the call about the bill detail, and the difference in service costs was explained well. Not sure if that was Alex too, but have found him to be very helpful on a previous visit. 10/10! Very happy with the service provided by Arbury and would highly recommend to my friend who drives a Qashqai..... except she already comes to you! The gentleman on the service reception counter couldn't have been more helpful. He advised me that the car would probably be about a couple of hours. When I came back for my car the gentleman said it would be a few more minutes, which it was. He then took me to my car and asked if I was satisfied. I said I was. So, I can safely say the service was brilliant! - Read less
