Many things to like but a few things to watch out for. Brought a car through their virtual sales process after seeing it on auto trader. Initial impressions were very good. Good communication and quick sales process. I like the fact you effectively had a two week test drive before deciding if you wanted to keep the car or not. After the delivery of the car I found a few issues that I felt needed to be sorted. I contacted them and the car was collected promptly. They also supplied a car loan car whilst they were looking at it. No real timescale was put down but given the nature of the issues I anticipated 3-4 days to get them sorted. In the end it took 12 days but the main point I found was the lack of updates. We would only hear from them if we contacted them first on most occasions. When the car was delivered back, the issues had been resolved. It would have been nice to be updated on progress more often hence one star knocked off. y2graham

Shem has been efficient, diligent, patient and helpful throughout the process of part-exchanging my old Nissan for a new one. I honestly can’t recommend Arbury and Shem enough. A really smooth pleasant experience. I’m a very happy customer - thank you! Nicola Finnegan

Very straight forward process and all members of staff we communicated with about the car were friendly. After initially discussing with Ash - who was very helpful, Shem looked after us and sold us the car. Very happy with the service and would recommend. Chantelle Walker
