We’ve had our new Leaf just a week and couldn’t be happier - Arbury were excellent and our contact, Shem is worthy of particular mention, he took us through the distance purchase process, from our first enquiry - agreeing a price and completing all the details to final delivery, (he even made us a ‘walk-around video’ so we could see the quality of the car). Shem was knowledgeable, patient and attentive and not at all ‘pushy’ which being ‘oldies’ we really appreciated. We would not hesitate recommending Arbury and Shem to anyone interested in a move to electric - it really isn’t that difficult! Jan Harper Shea

Such a great experience, especially as I lived 2hours away. Shem was so helpful during a very busy time and was able to accommodate me, work around my schedule and have everything sorted for me in a suitable timeframe. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the process and really appreciated the information, time and support I received. Very pleasant and I would highly recommend Shem and this dealership to anyone. Many things to like but a few things to watch out for. Brought a car through their virtual sales process after seeing it on auto trader. Initial impressions were very good. Good communication and quick sales process. I like the fact you effectively had a two week test drive before deciding if you wanted to keep the car or not. After the delivery of the car I found a few issues that I felt needed to be sorted. I contacted them and the car was collected promptly. They also supplied a car loan car whilst they were looking at it. No real timescale was put down but given the nature of the issues I anticipated 3-4 days to get them sorted. In the end it took 12 days but the main point I found was the lack of updates. We would only hear from them if we contacted them first on most occasions. When the car was delivered back, the issues had been resolved. It would have been nice to be updated on progress more often hence one star knocked off. y2graham
